If you wish to close your Demat and/or Trading account with Latin Manharlal Securities Pvt. Ltd., please follow the steps outlined below.
Submit a written request for account closure on a plain paper or the prescribed form, signed by all account holders, to your nearest branch or the head office.
Ensure all pending transactions, dues, and charges are settled. Any open positions must be squared off before the closure process can begin.
If you hold securities in your Demat account, provide instructions for transferring them to another Demat account or request a rematerialization.
Once all obligations are cleared and securities transferred, you will receive a confirmation of account closure from our back office team.
Any remaining credit balance in your trading account will be refunded to your registered bank account after deducting applicable charges, if any.
