Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new partnerships, expand our client base, and grow revenue across our financial products and services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new corporate and HNI clients.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with IFAs and sub-brokers.
  • Drive revenue growth across equity, mutual funds, and insurance verticals.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on GTM strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred.
  • 3–6 years of B2B business development in financial services.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong network in the financial advisory ecosystem.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
