Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound client queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve account, trading, and documentation-related issues.
  • Coordinate with back-office and operations teams for resolution.
  • Maintain client interaction logs in the CRM system.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and high client satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of customer service experience (financial services preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
