Dealer – Equity & Derivatives

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Dealer to execute equity and derivative trades on behalf of clients, ensure best execution, and maintain compliance with exchange regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute buy/sell orders for equity and F&O segments.
• Coordinate with relationship managers for client order flow.
• Monitor positions and manage risk limits intraday.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange guidelines.
• Maintain accurate trade logs and reconciliation records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance / Commerce or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in equity/derivative dealing.
• Strong knowledge of NSE/BSE trading terminals.
• NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
