Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager – Equity to build and manage client relationships, provide investment advisory, and drive revenue through equity and allied products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new clients for Demat & trading accounts.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of equity clients.
  • Provide investment ideas based on research and market insights.
  • Execute equity trades and ensure timely client support.
  • Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Bonds.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and broking targets.
  • Maintain strong client engagement through regular updates and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in equity broking / wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of stock markets and trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • NISM certification (preferred).
